Why choose FPG to assist you with opening a new residential complex ? What exactly will we do for your business ? Our primary objective is to take all the day to day operational issues out of your hands and establish a smooth running building for you, while maximizing the profitability gained from the sale of the management rights.

We work closely with the developers and construction company to ensure the operational and logistical side of the building is in place prior to opening. We will produce preliminary budgets and forecasts for income and expected expenses, assist with website design and setup, source service providers and contractors ie gardeners, cleaning and chemical suppliers and trust software providers, and recruit source quality management and staff. From implementing standard operating procedures, producing a tailored PMA, warrant of fitness compliance, consolidating letting pool numbers to marketing the property, we are involved in all aspects of the set up of the building prior to opening.

Once the building is open we manage the sales and marketing strategies, the coordination of residents, tenants and guests and their needs, the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas, staffing training, Body Corporate management and duties, and all aspects of property management. We will produce moving in procedures, schedules, guidelines, and 'Welcome Kits' for the residents to ensure a smooth transition for all concerned. After the property has been operating smoothly for 3 – 6 months we can assess the value of the management rights business for you and contact agents for the sale. We will assist in marketing the business for sale eg due diligence preparation and questions ie forecasts, future and past profit and loss figures, site inspections, and liaise with potential purchasers.
