It is with pleasure that I provide this feedback on Freestyle Property Group. Adam Rizzo and Darren Hayes took over the management rights of The Nautilus Apartments in Orewa in December 2005 and have worked closely with the residents and Body Corporate committee to create a building that the residents can be truly proud of.
From a personal perspective as an apartment owner it is imperative that the property is kept in pristine condition. With a lagoon style pool and spa, large foyer, gymnasium and sauna that I frequent daily, several levels of car parking and an expansive podium area to maintain, the staff and management do a wonderful job keeping these areas in tip top condition. If there is an issue they are very approachable and will deal with it without fuss.
The residents have also been happy to assist in maintaining the building, regularly organising working bees for the gardens and sweeping of the car park. This to me shows the pride the residents and management have in The Nautilus.
As a member of The Nautilus Body Corporate committee since its inception I have, along with the committee, dealt with many contentious decisions for the good of the building. Adam and Darren and the management and staff they have in place have always worked well in providing positive outcomes to the committee’s requests. I feel they have proven themselves as proactive and diligent management rights operators and have no issue with recommending Freestyle Property Group as management rights operators to any perspective Body Corporate Committee.
