Freestyle Property Group purchases Management Rights to residential and holiday accommodation developments and also consults on the development & opening of new apartment complexes in Australia & New Zealand. We work closely with developers to ensure the operational and logistical side of the buildings is in place prior to opening. From implementing standard operating procedures, warrant of fitness compliance to marketing the property, we are involved in all aspects of the set up of the buildings prior to opening.

Once the building is open we manage the sales and marketing strategies, coordination of hotel guests and their needs, the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas, staffing, Body Corporate management and duties, and all aspects of property management. From tenant selection and management, to real estate sales and maximizing investor returns, Freestyle Property Group takes pride in our high standards of quality tenants, building maintenance and owner relationships.

DARREN HAYES – DIRECTOR                

Darren has worked for various 5 star international hotels in positions from Operations Manager to Hotel Property Manager. Darren has extensive experience in both the holiday accommodation sector along with a sound knowledge of long term residential buildings.

Holding a real estate sales license and working alongside Adam, Darren and Adam have become a formidable team in real estate sales within the properties they manage.

Known for his approachable and hands on management style, Darren is renowned for creating an environment in which investors, guests, staff and tenants feel comfortable and important, and are satisfied that their needs are always looked after to the highest standard.

ADAM RIZZO - DIRECTOR                                                            

Adam has many years experience in the Property Development / Real Estate and Accommodation industries incorporating extensive experience in Management Rights / Resort Businesses.

Starting out in the Hotel / Tourism where he worked from the ground up to hotel manager, he then moved into the Property Development and Real Estate industry where he was involved in some of the largest residential developments in Australia.  Adam has worked in various roles in sales, property development & management, Asset management, and Property Research and Analysis.
